I mix a humanistic and technical background with soft skills to create innovative solutions. As a researcher in Link Campus University I lead a multidisciplinary team, working on academic and industrial R&amp;D projects. I teach Service and Innovation design in postgraduate courses.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I worked on several funded projects (EU, regional, national) as project manager, team leader and UX designer\/researcher. I&#8217;m currently involved in the Erasmus+ projects <a href=\"http:\/\/www.project-musa.eu\/\">Mu.Sa<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.artshumanitieshub.eu\/\">AHEH<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/o-city.webs.upv.es\/\">O-City<\/a><\/p>\n<p>My strengths are to understand users&#8217; need and turn them into real projects, talking with clients, customers and stakeholders. I use my technical skills to find the right solution to client business using co-design techniques to involve clients and users in the design of the solution. Thank to this experience I created the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iotdesigndeck.com\">IoT Design Deck<\/a>, a method for the co-design of connected objects and ominchannel services.<\/p>\n<h3>Skill Set<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>IxD\/UX\/Service Design<\/strong> : User Needs &amp; Requirements, Co-Design, Persona Development, Scenario Development, Task Flow Analysis, Story Boarding, Wireframes, Prototyping (high &amp; low fidelity), Agile\/Scrum development, Visual Design, Competitive Analysis, Style Guide Development, etc.)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Usability<\/strong>&nbsp;: Experiment Design, Contextual Inquiry, Ethnographic Study, Surveys, Questionnaires, Heuristic Evaluation, Individual Interviews, Statistical Analysis, Formal Usability Testing, Eyetracking, etc.)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Digital Fabrication :&nbsp;<\/strong>3D printing, laser cutting, large CNC and I make my own machines.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Design &amp; Code<\/strong> : Sketch, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Java Script, PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Electronics:<\/strong> Arduino, RaspberryPi, IoT platforms etc<\/li>\n<li><strong>Teaching<\/strong> : I teach in academic courses and in workshops.
